Detergent & Dishwashing Bottling Lines
Built for Foamy Liquids, Pump-Cap Bottles and Multi-SKU Household Cleaning Production
Dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, hand soap and multi-purpose cleaners are among the most demanding liquids in daily chemical packaging. They foam easily, leave sticky residues on bottle threads, require precise capping torque, and often run through frequent bottle and formula changeovers.
Our integrated detergent bottling system combines rotary liquid filling, automatic servo capping, labeling, coding and conveyor management into one stable production line. Designed for HDPE and PET bottles from 200 ml to 5 L, it helps factories reduce spillage, control leakage risk and improve overall equipment efficiency.
Whether you produce standard dish soap, thick laundry detergent or pump-type household cleaners, we can configure the line around your bottle, cap and production requirements.
Full‑Line Equipment Composition
Our detergent and dishwashing bottling line adopts modular architecture. Each unit can operate independently or be combined into one continuous bottling workflow: bottle feeding → liquid filling → capping → labeling → date coding → finished‑product conveying.
Rotary Filling Machine
High‑precision rotary filling machine specially optimized for foamy dishwashing and detergent formulations. Submersible diving‑down nozzles plus anti‑foam suck‑back function suppress bubble generation. All liquid‑contact components adopt SUS316L stainless steel for anti‑corrosion performance against surfactants and mild alkaline cleaning liquids.
Automatic Servo Screw Capping Machine
Servo‑torque‑controlled automatic capping machine. It handles multiple closure styles widely used in detergent packaging: lotion pump caps, flip‑top caps, screw caps and disc top caps. Special dip‑tube guiding mechanism prevents bending of long pump dip‑tubes during capping, eliminating post‑production bottle leakage risk.
Automatic Self‑Adhesive Labeling Machine
Designed for round & slightly oval HDPE detergent bottles. Supports single‑side, wrap‑around and front‑back double‑sided labeling. Synchronized conveyor speed plus photoelectric sensor ensures wrinkle‑free label application even under continuous high‑speed running.
Core Production Pain Points We Solve
Dishwashing liquid and laundry detergent contain rich surfactants, bringing unique challenges to liquid bottling production. Our line is purpose‑built to resolve these typical factory‑floor pain points:
1.Foaming & overflow during filling
Detergent formulas easily produce large amounts of foam when liquid splashes. Our submersible diving‑down filling nozzles fill liquid below liquid‑level inside bottles, combined with vacuum suck‑back to cut foam overflow. It keeps bottle necks clean and avoids capping‑sealing failure caused by foam residue on threads.
2.Leakage risk from poor pump‑cap sealing
Improper torque will lead to pump‑cap slipping, under‑tightening or over‑crushing bottle necks. Our servo capping machine stores independent torque parameters for different pump caps; output torque stays consistent for every bottle. The dedicated dip‑tube guide solves long‑tube bending issues that frequently cause hidden leakage during storage and transportation.
3.Long downtime for product & bottle‑size changeover
Many detergent factories run multi‑SKU production: switching between dish soap, laundry liquid, hand‑soap bottles of different volumes. Tool‑free quick‑change star‑wheels, guard parts and PLC recipe memory function reduce format‑switch time to 15‑30 minutes, greatly improving overall‑equipment‑efficiency(OEE).
4.Chemical corrosion of machine contact‑parts
Surfactants, alkaline additives in household cleaners will corrode ordinary carbon‑steel or SUS304 components. We adopt SUS316L stainless steel for all wetted parts, resisting corrosion from most daily‑chemical detergent formulations and extending equipment service life.
5.High labour cost from semi‑automatic operation
Fully‑automatic continuous bottling line reduces manual intervention. Operators only complete material feeding, parameter monitoring and sampling inspection, helping factories relieve labour‑shortage pressure.

Frequently Asked Questions
A1: Absolutely. Our core filling machines use advanced servo piston / volumetric metering technology, optimized for high‑viscosity liquids with an error margin within ±0.5 %. For extra‑thick detergent formulations, we can upgrade to heavy‑duty servo‑piston filling unit.
A2: We recommend submersible diving‑down filling combined with standard anti‑drip vacuum suck‑back function, which drastically eliminates bubbles and foam overflow. We can adjust filling speed curve according to your actual foaming degree after receiving liquid samples.
A3: We use modular designs. Simply recall the recipe on the touchscreen and use quick‑release clamps to change star wheels or guards; it usually takes 15‑30 minutes for complete format switch without extra tools.
A4: We can provide CE certificate, factory acceptance test report, material certificate for SUS316L stainless‑steel wetted‑parts, commercial invoice & packing list for customs clearance.
